Furnaces Technical Designer

Place of work: Fidenza (PR) - Italia


The successful candidate will join the Glass Technical Department team of Bormioli Pharma and will be responsible for:

  •  Detailed design of refractory, carpentry parts and pneumatic plant building as defined by business objectives;
  • Assistance and supervision for the correct execution of refurbishment and maintenance works with the responsibility to provide locally possible changes and alternative technical solutions;
  • Drafting bill of quantities and specifications.


The ideal candidate will have a Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering Secondary School Diploma and/or an Engineering Degree and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Additional requirements include an excellent knowledge of Autocad 2D and/or 3D, MS Office software and English. Precision, assertiveness and results orientation are also required.

Product Manager

Place of work: Fidenza (PR) - Italia


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


-         Ensuring the right management of the product portfolio (long-time products plan), contributing to the maximization of turnover and profitability, in accordance with company strategies in terms of positioning and defense of different markets/channels;

-          Defining and maintaining the company value position, in accordance with the competitive arena, company stakeholders' expectations and brand positioning;

-         Proposing and supporting the development of new products also relying on quantitative market analysis, qualitative surveys/researches and trend reports;

-          Supporting operational implementation of market researches coordinating the work of the appointed agencies;

-         Dialoguing with internal and external designers to define new product concepts;

-         Analyzing market trends continuously and evaluating the impact on the company business;

-         Supporting the definition of the price positioning and proposing promotional plans;

-         Monitoring the competitors' actions and the evolution of the related range of products, promotional plans and price positioning;

-          Controlling the evolution of the product portfolio's sales, analyzing the life cycle;

Identifying tools (digital as well) to ensure efficient cascading of value proposition and products plan towards internal and external stakeholders involved.


-         Teamwork ability and skills of listening and dialogue with the principal company references (international and national);

-         Significant experience in product marketing (at least 3 years) and in development and activation of marketing plans;

-         Previous experience in automotive or B2B field will be considered a plus;

-         Strong results orientation and ability to go beyond trends and market demands (capacity to create the need);

-         Excellent analytical skills (capacity to go beyond numbers creatively);

-         Great communication skills and familiarity with presentation at local and international level;

-         Marked lateral thinking and variety of interests and capacity to read reality in a holistic manner (connecting the dots);

-         Engineering or Economics degree (MBA desired);

-         Fluent Italian and English.

The successful  candidate will join the Customer Service function in Bormioli Pharma and will guarantee support to customers of foreign markets for all information and/or problems related to the order process and sales administration (orders entry, confirmation, stock availability checks and delivery management), ensuring the achievement of Customer Satisfaction.

The candidate will be based in Fidenza (PR) at first; a period abroad is expected.

The ideal candidate will join the Sales Department of Bormioli Pharma and will be responsible for achieving the sales and contribution objectives defined together with the Regional Manager of the area of reference, guaranteeing the company presence on the related territory.
The candidate will manage the portfolio of the assigned area evaluating customer needs and behavior of competitors, developing new commercial strategies.

Moreover, the successful candidate will participate in the definition of the annual sales budget for the area of responsibility.


To succeed in this role we are searching for an Economics graduate with previous sales experience in structured companies.

HR Plant Manager

Place of work: Bergantino (RO) - Italia


The successful candidate will join the Human Resources Department and will work in Bergantino (RO) and San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) plants. The workplace could be Parma or Bergantino (RO) or San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) depending on the provenance of the candidate.
The candidate's main goal will be the management of staff related problems to ensure the formal and administrative validity of the employment relationship, with the correct application of national collective agreement and law provisions.
In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Keeping constant relations with employees and trade union representatives, ensuring conflict situations prevention and removal;
- Implementing HR policies in terms of organizational development, remuneration policies and labor organization, supporting the Director in managing all processes;
- Supporting the plant Director in the activities of human resources recruiting and training;
- Representing the Company in its relationship with local trade union organizations and public control units;
- Participating in the plant human resources' budget definition.


The ideal candidate has a Law degree, a good knowledge of Labor Law and previous experience in a similar role within industrial companies.
Fluent English, organizational ability and strong interpersonal capacity are also required.
