The successful candidate will join the Administrative Services team and will carry out the following activities related to treasury and accounting:
- Bank records and statements of account reconciliation;
- Production and periodic predisposition of the portfolio of assets;
- Payments to suppliers (bank transfer, rid, rba)
- Management of letters of credit, guarantees and loan disposal to factoring societies.
Moreover, the successful candidate will support the team in company cash flow management, accounting records and accounting reports management.
In order to succeed in this role, we are looking ideally for a graduate in Economics and Finance with 3/5 years' previous experience in a similar position in structured companies or consulting firms.
Additional requirements include fluent knowledge of English, excellent proficiency of MS Office software and, preferably, AS400 J.D. Edwards/SAP.
High propensity to numerical analysis, precision, organization, proactivity and flexibility are also required.
The successful candidate will join the Environment, Health & Safety team of Bormioli Pharma and will be responsible for monitoring environmental activities, coordinating relevant staff in productive plants.
In particular, the successful candidate will manage Environmental Authorizations (IEA and AUA), sampling, waste checks, new machineries activations, monitoring and data transmission.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Environmental Engineering or Techniques of Accident Prevention in the Workplace, as well as having knowledge of Environment and Safety laws and previous experience in a similar position.
Addition requirements include good knowledge of English, French and MS Office software.
Good relationship skills, attitude towards teamwork and willing to travel are also required.
The ideal candidate will be aged 35/42 with a high school diploma, prior work experience in a similar position and should therefore be a confident user of MS Office software.
Team approach and achievement of objectives are also required.
