General accounting officer (maternity leave replacement)

Place of work: Fidenza (PR) - Italia

Description

The successful candidate will join the Administration department of Bormioli Pharma as maternity leave replacement and will carry out activities related to general accounting. In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- organization and verification of the adjusting entries and supporting the team drafting the documents necessary to the establishment of civil and fiscal balance;
- verification and registration of the expense reports;
- registration the receipts and cash management;
- editing the first note for the management reports monthly closing and drafting of analytic accounting and assessment entries;
- monitoring the registration of the company's accounting records;
- handling of tax obligations in compliance with the deadlines;
- registration of the payroll accounting and its related deferred expenses.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma in accounting, an economic degree and a previous experience in a similar position in structured companies or accounting firms.
Additional requirements include a basic knowledge of double-entry book keeping and general accounting, a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and, preferably, of J.D. Edwards.
Team approach, organizational skills and meeting the deadlines are also required.

Internship Junior Export Area Manager

Place of work: Fidenza (PR) - Italia

Description

The successful candidate will join the Sales Department of Bormioli Pharma and handle customer management activities, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. After a suitable period of on-the-job training, the successful candidate will: manage the customer portfolio for his/her assigned geographical area, developing sales through ongoing promotion activities with existing and potential customers; participate in trade shows; draft offers in accordance with the sales policies established by the Management; endeavour to resolve issues or requests raised by customers that fall within his/her sphere of responsibility; and monitor the activities of competitors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good master's degree in economics and brief sales experience in a structured multinational company.
Fluent knowledge of English is essential and a good knowledge of a third language is also preferred.
Additional requirements include proficiency with computer software, analytical skills, determination in reaching targets, a team attitude, willingness to travel abroad and a strong interest in undertaking a professional career in the field of sales.
Experience of studying or working abroad is preferred.

Mould Changeover Department Coordinator

Place of work: Bergantino (RO) - Italia

Description

The successful candidate will work at the Bormioli Pharma plant in Bergantino (RO), managing production-line changeover and maintenance staff to ensure the reduction of changeover times and adequate maintenance quality standards, also by ensuring the proper and punctual supply of spare parts needed for correct operation of the IS machines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be aged 35/42 with a mechanical engineering qualification and at least five years' management experience in charge of operations teams, preferably in a company manufacturing glass or metal products, and should therefore have an understanding of mechanics, hydraulic circuits, machine tool operation, adjustment and maintenance metrics.
Strong leadership skills, a team approach and organisational skills are also required.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Place of work: Castelguelfo (PR) - Italia

Description

The successful candidate will join the Quality Assurance department of Bormioli Pharma Plastics and will carry out activities relating to the management of the Company Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and Directive 93/42/EC. In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing Quality system documentation, carrying out audit-related activities and implementing corrective actions and improvement plans, as well as regulatory activities (EP, Declaration of Conformity, etc.) and data/statistical analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good degree in a technical or scientific subject and relevant experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food companies, and must be a fluent English speaker, preferably with a good knowledge of French, as well as a confident user of MS Office software.
Good communication skills, a team approach, problem-solving ability and organisational skills are also required.

Occupational Safety Prevention and Protection (ASPP) Officer, Bergantino (RO)

Place of work: Bergantino (RO) - Italia

Description

The successful candidate must ensure correct application of current legislation on workplace Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) at the Bergantino Plant, which specialises in the production of glass packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as keeping staff informed and trained on such matters. The successful applicant will also formulate and update the Risk Assessment Document, checking the correct application of standards, provisions, instructions, procedures, etc. with a view to reducing the number of accidents and occupational diseases.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma in surveying/technical subjects or a science degree and at least five years' experience working as an ASPP Officer or equivalent position in a complex industrial organisation.
Leadership skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, excellent stress management skills and the ability to deliver staff training are also required.
